Rental without pattern with possession of PER and experience must be contrasted.
BOND:
Deposit (cash or credit card). The deposit is refunded at the end of the rent after deducting amounts for consumption, loss of equipment and damage, if any. 500EURO (the outputs of a standard day the deposit is not required).
In case of delay in delivery time will be billed for hours at a rate of 120 EURO / hour unless otherwise agreed by no later occupation.
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION:
Reservations will be effective upon payment of 30% of the total. The remaining 70% is paid to the shipment. The cost of canceling a reservation is 20% of the total amount, if within 10 days prior to shipment, and 60% of the total if it occurs during the 10 days prior to shipment.
SAFETY, WEATHER AND ADVERSE SITUATIONS
The vessel is cleared for navigation in zone 2 (60 miles) and has the equipment necessary for these FOM/1144/2003 by Order of April 28, as amended by Order FOM/1076/2006 of 29 March, regulates safety equipment, rescue, fire fighting, navigation and prevention of discharges of sewage, to be carried on board the pleasure craft. Therefore has 8 pers liferaft and EPIRB with GPS and other materials as defined in RD.
